AceVector IPO Listing: Shares List At A Discount Of Over 11% On Exchanges After Modest Demand During Bidding

AceVector made its debut on stock exchanges today, i.e., 5 October 2026. The initial public offering (IPO) of AceVector was a mainboard issue and its shares were listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
The shares were listed at a discount of over 11% compared with the IPO issue price of ₹32 per share in the upper price band. On the NSE, the shares opened at ₹28.32 apiece. On the BSE, the stock was listed at ₹28.30 apiece.
AceVector IPO And Subscription Details
The AceVector IPO carried a price band of ₹30–32 per share. It was open for subscription from 25 September to 29 September. The IPO’s size was pegged at ₹420 crore and had a lot size of 468 shares.
The AceVector IPO received an overall subscription of 4.93 times. The qualified institutional buyer (QIB) portion was subscribed 3.38 times, while the non-institutional investor (NII) category was booked 8.16 times. The retail portion was subscribed 4.62 times.
IIFL Capital Services, CLSA India Pvt Ltd and Systematix Corporate Services Ltd were the book-running managers of the IPO, while MUFG Intime India Pvt Ltd was the issue registrar.
