SoftBank-Backed AceVector Sets ₹420 Crore IPO For 25 September With Founders Holding Their Stake
SoftBank-backed AceVector is set to launch its ₹420 crore AceVector IPO on 25 September 2026.

SoftBank-backed AceVector has set the stage for a ₹420 crore IPO, with the issue opening on 25 September 2026. The offering combines a fresh issue with an OFS.

SoftBank-backed company, AceVector Limited, has fixed the price band for its upcoming initial public offering (IPO) at ₹30-32 per equity share.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of ₹287 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 4.16 crore shares worth ₹133 crore. At the upper end of the price band, the overall issue size will be around ₹420 crore.

The AceVector IPO will open for public subscription on 25 September 2026 and close on 29 September 2026. Anchor investor bidding is scheduled for 24 September 2026. AceVector is scheduled to debut on the stock exchanges on 5 October 2026.

Existing investors, including SoftBank, Nexus Venture Partners and Foxconn, will sell a portion of their holdings through the OFS.

However, co-founders Kunal Bahl and Rohit Bansal will not sell shares in the offering. Together, they hold a 33.99% stake in AceVector, both individually and through their jointly owned entity, B2 Professional Services LLP.

AceVector has also scaled back the proposed IPO from its earlier plan of a ₹300 crore fresh issue and an OFS of 6.38 crore equity shares.

The company operates an asset-light digital commerce ecosystem comprising Snapdeal, Unicommerce and Stellaro Brands.

  • Snapdeal is its value-focused lifestyle e-commerce marketplace.

  • Unicommerce provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions for e-commerce enablement.

  • Stellaro Brands operates in the omnichannel consumer brand retailing business.

The combination gives AceVector exposure to e-commerce marketplace operations, technology-enabled commerce solutions and consumer brands.

Unicommerce eSolutions Limited was separately listed on the stock exchanges in 2024 after its IPO received subscriptions of more than 168 times.

AceVector reported ₹510.38 crore in operating revenue in fiscal 2026, up 29% from ₹395.02 crore in fiscal 2025. Its adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) loss narrowed to ₹15.94 crore from ₹39.16 crore a year earlier.
