Cordelia Cruises Q2 FY27 Results: Waterways Leisure Tourism Reports ₹132.90 Crore Revenue And ₹58.50 Crore Profit
Waterways Leisure Tourism, the operator of Cordelia Cruises, reports 30.9% revenue growth and a profit of ₹58.50 crore in Q2 FY27.

Waterways Leisure Tourism, operator of Cordelia Cruises, reported a consolidated Q2 FY27 profit of ₹58.50 crore, including an exceptional item of ₹49.49 crore.

Waterways Leisure Tourism Limited, which operates Cordelia Cruises, reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹132.90 crore for the quarter ended 30 September 2026, compared with ₹101.54 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Consolidated profit for the quarter stood at ₹58.50 crore, against a loss of ₹8.93 crore a year earlier. The results included an exceptional item of ₹49.49 crore.

The Waterways Leisure Tourism share price closed at ₹100.98 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on 9 October 2026.

Consolidated revenue from operations rose 30.9% year-on-year to ₹132.90 crore. Total income stood at ₹151.16 crore, including other income of ₹18.26 crore.

Profit before tax was ₹59.10 crore after accounting for the exceptional item. Before the exceptional item, profit before tax stood at ₹9.61 crore, compared with a loss of ₹11.49 crore in Q2 FY26.

For the half-year ended 30 September 2026, revenue from operations increased 16.3% to ₹323.01 crore from ₹277.85 crore. Consolidated profit reached ₹81.27 crore, compared with ₹25.83 crore in the corresponding period last year. Earnings per share stood at ₹0.85 for Q2 and ₹1.20 for H1 FY27.

The company disclosed that its subsidiary, Bay Cruise Investments Inc., received compensation of US$5.2 million without any obligation after the vessel Sky was delivered and handed over on 10 September 2026, earlier than the original date of 30 September 2026. The compensation was recognised as an exceptional item.

During the half-year, the group also advanced ₹429.04 crore to a third party towards the acquisition of a new vessel. It separately advanced US$24.828 million in lease rentals for the upcoming vessels Sky and Sun.

As per its filing with the NSE, the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended 30 September 2026 are unaudited and have been reviewed by the statutory auditors.
