Urban Company's Middle East arm has expanded its partnership with Unicommerce to Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The tie-up will support the management of the company's e-commerce operations in both markets.

Urban Company Limited's Middle East business has partnered with Unicommerce Esolutions Limited to manage its e-commerce operations in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

The companies disclosed the development through a regulatory filing on 20 August 2026. The expanded arrangement comes as Urban Company continues to build its presence in the Middle East.

After the announcement, Urban Company shares gained 0.34% on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). Unicommerce Esolutions shares also moved higher, rising 2.06%.

At market close, Urban Company shares closed at ₹145.49, down 1.58%, while Unicommerce Esolutions shares closed at ₹88.64, up 2.08%.

Unicommerce's Uniware platform will manage inventory and fulfilment for Urban Company's at-home services across Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The system will provide real-time visibility of stock and route orders for service kits and consumables to service professionals.

Uniware will also manage inventory across locations and support replenishment. Its fulfilment capabilities will cover products, tools and consumables used for Urban Company's beauty and wellness, home cleaning and appliance maintenance services.

Unicommerce's Middle East platform supports regional marketplaces, logistics providers, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and payment platforms. It also delivers Arabic-compatible invoicing, shipping labels and local tax compliance support.

The expanded agreement builds on the existing engagement between the firms in India, where Urban Company leverages Unicommerce’s technology for its e-commerce business.
