Stocks To Watch On 24 August 2026: Reliance Industries, Caplin Point Laboratories, Choksi Laboratories And More

Reliance Industries, Caplin Point Laboratories, Choksi Laboratories, NATCO Pharma and mobile manufacturing stocks will remain in focus amid FDA observations, regulatory developments, approvals and government policy updates.
Indian shares ended largely flat on Friday, with the Nifty 50 rising 0.083% to 24,252 while the Sensex gained 0.004% to 77,540.83. However, both benchmarks recorded weekly losses as elevated crude oil prices and rising global bond yields weakened investor risk appetite.
The Nifty fell 0.5% for the week, while the Sensex declined 0.6%.
Stocks In Focus
Reliance Industries: RIL said shareholders approved three resolutions with the required majority on 20 August 2026. The resolutions cover material related-party transactions involving RIL and its subsidiaries. They also include an expansion of the company’s objects clause to cover the production, processing, sale and distribution of ammonium nitrate, explosives, blasting agents, fertilisers and agro-chemicals.
Caplin Point Laboratories: The US FDA issued a Form 483 containing 10 observations following an unannounced inspection at one of the company’s manufacturing facilities. The inspection was conducted between 13 and 21 August.
Choksi Laboratories: The US FDA completed an inspection of the company’s central laboratory in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The inspection was conducted from 17 to 20 August and resulted in four observations.
NATCO Pharma: The US FDA issued a Form 483 containing four observations after inspecting the company’s finished dosage formulations unit in Hyderabad. The inspection took place between 17 and 21 August.
Jubilant Pharmova: The pharmaceutical company received US FDA approval for commercial batch manufacturing of its first product on Line 3. The new facility is an isolator-based fill-and-finish line at its Spokane, Washington facility. The site is operated by Jubilant HollisterStier LLC, a subsidiary of Jubilant Pharma Limited, which is wholly owned by Jubilant Pharmova.
Power Grid Corporation of India: The state-owned company said it was declared the successful bidder under the Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding process. The project involves establishing an inter-state transmission system for renewable energy projects in Gujarat. The discovered tariff is ₹822.91 crore per year.
Apollo Micro Systems: The aerospace and defence technology company said its manager to the open offer received a letter from SEBI. The communication relates to the proposed acquisition of up to 1.40 crore fully paid-up equity shares of Premier Explosives.
Federal Bank: The Kerala-based private sector lender said its board approved a proposal to raise funds through foreign currency-denominated bonds. The proposed issue could raise up to $500 million through its IFSC Banking Unit in GIFT City.
Mobile and Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) Stocks: Dixon Technologies, Optiemus Infracom, Kaynes Technology, Syrma SGS Technology, Avalon Technologies and Cyient DLM could remain in focus. The companies are in focus after the government notified the Mobile Phone Manufacturing Scheme 2.0.
