One97 Communications
Resilient Asset Management B.V., the parent entity and promoter of Vijay Shekhar Sharma, is expected to sell up to 4.98% of its stake in One97 Communications Ltd, the company that owns the Paytm brand, through a block deal. The proposed transaction has a base offer size of 3%, with a further 1.98% available through an upsize option.
Shriram Pistons
Shriram Pistons has launched a qualified institutional placement (QIP) to raise ₹1,000 crore. The indicative price band has been fixed at ₹4,216.30–₹4,436.60 per share. The lower end of the price range is up to 4.97% below the company's prevailing market price.
Netweb Technologies
Netweb Technologies, a manufacturer of high-performance computing servers, has initiated a QIP to raise up to ₹1,200 crore. The indicative issue price has been set between ₹4,710 and ₹4,790 per share.
NELCO
Tata Group satellite services company NELCO has entered into agreements with Lunar Holdco, Inc. for a $20 million investment. The investment will be made through the subscription of Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCDs).
DCX Systems
DCX Systems has secured purchase orders worth approximately ₹15.19 crore from customers in the ordinary course of business. The orders involve the manufacture and supply of cable and wire harness assemblies and include both domestic and export business.
Ceigall India
Ceigall India said the Delhi government's Public Works Department has cancelled a tender valued at ₹330.84 crore, including GST. The tender covered road-strengthening and related works across various roads in the South Maintenance Zone for 2026–27.
Samvardhana Motherson International
Samvardhana Motherson International is set to acquire a controlling interest in Shenzhen Autocruis Technology Co. Ltd through its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, SMR Automotive (Langfang) Co. Ltd. The transaction involves a primary capital infusion through the subscription of fresh equity worth CNY 153.3 million, or approximately $22.6 million. The investment will give Motherson a 64.76% stake in Shenzhen Autocruis on a fully diluted basis.
Bharti Airtel
Airtel Payments Bank has announced a change in its leadership. Sunil Bharti Mittal will complete his tenure as Non-Executive Chairman and leave the company's Board with effect from 30 September 2026. Shabnam Sinha will take over as Chairperson for a three-year term beginning 1 October 2026. Her appointment has been approved by the Board and the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
