Ahmedabad-based retail stock broker Shah Investor’s Home will open its initial public offering (IPO) for subscription on 28 September, according to its red herring prospectus filed with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on 22 September.

The company has fixed a price band of ₹159-167 per share and plans to raise ₹90.16 crore through the issue. At the upper end of the price band, Shah Investor’s Home will command a valuation of ₹353.25 crore.
The Shah Investor’s Home IPO comprises 53.99 lakh shares. The one-day anchor book for institutional investors will open on 25 September. The IPO will close on 30 September. The IPO allotment is expected to happen on 1 October, while shares are likely to trade on exchanges from 6 October.
Investors can bid for a minimum of 85 equity shares and in multiples of 85 thereafter. At the upper price band, one lot will cost ₹14,195. Retail investors can make a maximum investment of ₹1,98,730 based on the prescribed lot size. Beeline Capital Advisors is the merchant banker for the IPO.
The company has reserved 50% of the public issue for qualified institutional buyers. Non-institutional investors will get 15%, while retail investors have been allocated 35% of the issue.
Usage Of IPO Proceeds

Profit, Revenue Decline In FY26
The brokerage’s financial performance weakened in the year ended March 2026. Its profit fell 43.5% to ₹13.2 crore from ₹23.4 crore in the previous year. Revenue declined 24.2% to ₹71.5 crore from ₹94.3 crore. Shah Investor’s Home has served more than 1 lakh demat accounts and has over 38,000 active clients. It also works with more than 181 authorised persons and operates through 11 branches.
