Robokidz Eduventures shares listed on the BSE SME platform at ₹201.40 on September 28, marking a 90% gain over the IPO issue price of ₹106. The stock later hit the 5% upper circuit at ₹211.45, following 769.48-times subscription to the SME issue.

Robokidz Eduventures shares made a strong debut on the BSE SME platform on September 28, listing at ₹201.40, a 90% premium over the IPO issue price of ₹106. The stock extended its gains after listing and hit the 5% upper circuit at ₹211.45 at 11:10 am during Monday’s trading session.

The stock was locked at ₹211.45, nearly 99.5% above the IPO issue price. Around 10.21 lakh shares changed hands on the BSE, according to exchange data cited by Business Standard.

The strong debut followed heavy demand for the Robokidz Eduventures IPO, which was subscribed 769.48 times by the close of bidding on September 23. The issue was open from September 21 to September 23, with a price band of ₹100-106 per share and a lot size of 1,200 shares.

The stock’s ₹201.40 listing price represented a ₹95.40 gain over the IPO’s upper price band of ₹106. From the issue price, the stock had gained ₹105.45 when it reached ₹211.45.

The issue received bids for 161.96 crore equity shares against the shares on offer, while the total value of bids stood at around ₹17,168 crore, according to Moneycontrol.

The IPO comprised a fresh issue of 21.04 lakh shares. The company plans to use the proceeds towards working capital requirements, repayment or prepayment of certain borrowings and general corporate purposes.

Robokidz Eduventures provides technology-enabled learning and skill development solutions for K-12 students, covering robotics, artificial intelligence, coding, electronics and STEM education.

Its offerings include educational laboratory setup projects and subscription-based learning programmes for schools and educational institutions. The company also operates Drag-on.ai, a coding platform, along with a learning management system and the Robokidz RC mobile application for controlling its robotics kits.

For FY2026, Robokidz Eduventures reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹93.22 crore and profit after tax of ₹10.05 crore. Educational laboratory setup projects contributed 77% of revenue, while subscription services accounted for 12.80%, according to Business Standard.

The company had 24 employees as of March 31, 2026. Its operations are focused on technology-led learning solutions for schools and educational institutions.

The stock’s near-doubling from its IPO issue price on debut puts the focus on trading activity and price movement on the BSE SME platform following its strong listing.
