Paras Defence Q1 FY 2026-27 Results: Net Profit Rises 42.7% To Rs 21.22 Crore, Announces Dividend

Paras Defence reported double-digit growth in profit, revenue and EBITDA for the June quarter, while also announcing a dividend and plans for a large semiconductor facility.
Paras Defence Q1 FY 2026-27 Results: Navi Mumbai-based Paras Defence and Space Technologies Ltd reported its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, on Friday, August 7, posting double-digit growth across revenue, profit and operating earnings, with margins also improving year-on-year.
Net profit rose 42.7% to Rs 21.22 crore, compared with Rs 14.87 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue increased 37.3% to Rs 127.91 crore, against Rs 93.19 crore a year ago.
At the operating level, EBITDA grew 45.4% year-on-year to Rs 31.91 crore, compared with Rs 21.95 crore in the year-ago period. EBITDA margin improved to 24.9% from 23.6%.
Paras Defence Dividend And Stake Sale
Alongside the quarterly numbers, the company has fixed August 28, 2026, as the record date for a proposed final dividend of Rs 1 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval at the company's 17th annual general meeting. The dividend, if approved, will be paid within 30 days of the AGM.
The company has also proposed to divest its entire 47.5% equity stake in associate company Krasny Paras Defence Technologies, comprising 5,22,500 equity shares. Following the transaction, Krasny Paras will cease to be an associate of Paras Defence.
Rs 6,200 Crore Semiconductor Expansion
The development comes as the defence technology company continues to build out its semiconductor and advanced technology operations. In July, Paras Semiconductors, a subsidiary of Paras Defence, signed an MoU with the Madhya Pradesh Department of Science and Technology, acting on behalf of the Madhya Pradesh State Electronics Development Corporation, to establish a greenfield advanced IC packaging OSAT facility in the state.
The proposed facility will undertake advanced packaging technologies including 3D heterogeneous integration, 2.5D/3D advanced packaging, hybrid bonding, fan-out packaging, chiplet integration, wafer bumping, flip-chip assembly, testing and reliability. The company plans to invest close to Rs 6,200 crore over the course of setting up the facility, according to the filing.
The company is also exploring partnerships with global players to increase reliance on defence technologies, while management clarified that it is not currently pursuing inorganic growth.
Paras Defence Share Price
Shares of Paras Defence and Space Technologies fell as much as 6.18% to an intraday low of Rs 1,235.3 on Friday, before paring losses to trade around Rs 1,279, down 2.9%, after the results. The benchmark Nifty 50 index was down 0.32% during the session.
