Page Industries Q1 FY 2026-27 Results
Page Industries’s shares slide 4% after Q1 results

Page Industries reported a 4% year-on-year decline in Q1FY27 net profit to ₹193 crore, despite 7.9% revenue growth. EBITDA margin narrowed to 20.3%. Shares fell over 4% after the results. The company declared a ₹200 interim dividend, with 19 August fixed as the record date.

Page Industries shares fell on Thursday after the company reported a decline in net profit for the June quarter of FY27. The Jockey and Speedo licensee posted a 4% year-on-year fall in profit, even as revenue grew nearly 8%

The stock fell 4.2% intraday to ₹36,670. At closing the shares stood at ₹36,520, down 4.64%.

The company also announced an interim dividend of ₹200 per share, with 19 August 2026, fixed as the record date.

Revenue growth, therefore, did not translate into higher operating profit. EBITDA declined 2% year-on-year, while the EBITDA margin contracted to 20.3% from 22.4% a year earlier.

₹200 Interim Dividend: Record Date August 19

Page Industries' board declared the first interim dividend for FY27 of ₹200 per share, against a face value of ₹10.

The company has fixed 19 August 2026, as the record date for determining eligible shareholders. The dividend is scheduled to be paid on or before September 11, 2026.

Page Industries is the exclusive licensee of Jockey International in India and neighbouring countries and Speedo in India. The Q1 results now put the focus on whether revenue growth can translate into improved margins and earnings in the coming quarters.
