NSE Q2 Results Date Announced First Earnings After IPO Listing Set For November 3
NSE to announce Q2 FY27 results on November 3, its first earnings report after listing.

National Stock Exchange will report its September-quarter earnings in early November, marking its first results as a listed company. The stock is currently trading below its ₹1,785 IPO price.

National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) will announce its Q2 FY27 results on November 3, marking the exchange operator's first quarterly earnings announcement since its stock market listing in September.

NSE said its board of directors will meet on Tuesday, November 3, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.

The results will come a little over a month after NSE made its stock market debut on September 24. The exchange listed at ₹1,800 per share on the BSE, a 0.84% premium to its IPO issue price of ₹1,785.

NSE shares closed 0.37% lower at ₹1,743.35 on Wednesday, October 7, leaving the stock about 2.33% below its IPO price. The company's market capitalisation stood at ₹4.31 lakh crore.

The November results will therefore be closely tracked as the first earnings report from NSE since the completion of its ₹22,561.57 crore initial public offering and subsequent listing.

NSE's board will meet on November 3 to consider and approve the financial results for the September quarter and the six months ended September 30.

The company said in its exchange filing that the results will include both standalone and consolidated financial statements.

The trading window for dealing in NSE securities has been closed from October 1 and will remain shut until November 5, or 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.

NSE had reported its June-quarter results before its IPO and listing. The November 3 announcement, however, will be its first quarterly earnings release as a publicly listed company.

NSE made its BSE debut at ₹1,800 on September 24 compared with the IPO issue price of ₹1,785, translating into a listing premium of 0.84%.

The stock subsequently climbed to an intraday high of ₹1,878 on its listing day before closing at ₹1,818. As of Wednesday's close, NSE shares were at ₹1,743.35, down 2.33% from the IPO price.

NSE's ₹22,561.57 crore IPO was entirely an offer for sale of 12.64 crore shares by existing shareholders. The public issue was subscribed 5.71 times, receiving bids for more than 50.58 crore shares against around 8.86 crore shares on offer.

The qualified institutional buyers' portion was subscribed 12.68 times, while the non-institutional investor category was booked 6.55 times. The retail portion was subscribed 1.39 times.

With NSE shares currently trading below the IPO price, the November 3 earnings will mark the company's first quarterly financial update for public-market shareholders following the listing.
