L&T Technology Services has secured a five-year international contract worth more than $75 million from a leading global technology enterprise. The mandate covers product engineering, software development, testing, digital engineering and the creation of a dedicated engineering centre.
L&T Technology Services (LTTS) has secured a five-year contract worth more than $75 million. The client is a leading global technology enterprise, although its identity has not been disclosed due to contractual confidentiality provisions.
The deal will see LTTS deploy its Engineering Intelligence (EI) capabilities across multiple functions. These include product engineering, software development, testing and validation, sustenance engineering, platform operations and digital engineering.
The contract also includes the creation of a dedicated engineering centre for technology and digital functions.
New Engineering Centre To Drive Next-Generation Solutions
The dedicated engineering centre will use LTTS' broader EI solutions. The company said the engagement is intended to support the development of next-generation solutions across the client's global portfolio.
LTTS also clarified that its promoters, promoter group and group companies have no interest in the client that awarded the contract. The agreement does not qualify as a related-party transaction.

At 1:39 pm on 19 August 2026, L&T Technology Services shares were trading at ₹3,542.30, up 0.90%, on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The stock opened at ₹3,559.40 and touched an intraday high of ₹3,625.20 and a low of ₹3,512.10 during the session. Its previous close stood at ₹3,509.90.
