Krystal Integrated Services Wins About ₹26 Crore South East Central Railway Contract For On-Board Housekeeping And Linen Distribution

Krystal Integrated Services secured a ₹25.99 crore contract from SECR for on-board housekeeping and linen distribution across identified trains. The agreement will run for 24 months.
As informed in a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges, Krystal Integrated Services Limited has received a Letter of Acceptance from South East Central Railway (SECR)’s Bilaspur Division for providing housekeeping and linen distribution services on selected trains.
The contract is for a period of 24 months and is valued at ₹25.99 crore including Goods and Services Tax (GST). It has been awarded in the ordinary course of business.
On the National Stock Exchange (NSE), Krystal Integrated shares closed at ₹626.75, down 1.02% on 9 October 2026. The stock opened at ₹626.80, reached a high of ₹650 and touched a low of ₹621.25.
Krystal Integrated Railway Contract Details
The agreement covers better On-Board Housekeeping Services (OBHS) and linen distribution on identified trains operating under the Bilaspur Division of SECR. The two-year execution period will begin from the date of issue of the Letter of Acceptance or the commencement of work, whichever occurs later.
The order falls under integrated facility management services and has been awarded by a domestic entity. The company’s regulatory disclosure also states that the contract is not a related-party transaction and that the awarding entity has no reported interest from the promoter group or its group companies.
The disclosure does not provide a breakdown of expected revenue recognition, profit margins or the order’s contribution to the company’s overall order book.
