Jubilant FoodWorks Executive VP Virender Sehrawat To Step Down In November

Virender Singh Sehrawat, Jubilant FoodWorks’ Executive Vice President and Head of Integrated Supply Chain, has resigned from the company. His last working day will be 13 November 2026.
Jubilant FoodWorks has announced a change in its senior management, with Virender Singh Sehrawat resigning from his position as Executive Vice President and Head of Integrated Supply Chain.
The company informed the stock exchanges that Sehrawat submitted his resignation by email on 10 September 2026. His last working day will be 13 November, after the close of business hours.
Reason For Resignation Is Not Disclosed
Sehrawat is also designated as a Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of Jubilant FoodWorks. The company said the resignation was received in accordance with the disclosure requirements under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
Jubilant FoodWorks has not disclosed the reason for Sehrawat's resignation in the exchange filing. The company has also not announced his replacement so far.
Jubilant FoodWorks Share Price
Jubilant FoodWorks operates several food-service brands, including Domino's, Popeyes and Dunkin', and is one of India's major quick-service restaurant companies.
In Q1 FY27, the company reported a 6% YoY increase in net profits to ₹97 crore. The figure stood at ₹92 crore in the same period last year.
Jubilant FoodWorks shares closed at ₹470.25 on 11 September, down 0.75% from the previous session. The stock had declined 2.11% over the preceding week, according to market data. At 10:01 am on Tuesday, 15 September, Jubilant FoodWorks shares were trading at ₹468.65 apiece, down 0.34%.
The latest management change comes as Jubilant FoodWorks continues to expand its restaurant network and operations across its food-service brands.
