Infosys Dividend Alert: 9 June Is The Cutoff For ₹25 Per Share FY26 Payout

Investors looking to qualify for Infosys's final dividend of ₹25 per share for FY26 have until today to purchase the stock. The company has set 10 June 2026 as the record date, and under the Securities and Exchange Board of India's T+1 settlement cycle, shares bought today will be credited to demat accounts by Wednesday, making buyers eligible for the payout.

Dividend History

• Net profit: ₹8,501 crore, up 21% year-on-year (YoY) and 28% sequentially.

• Revenue: ₹46,403 crore, up 13% YoY and 2% quarter-on-quarter.

The Stock's Rough Year

The earnings have not saved the share price. Infosys shares closed at ₹1,187.60 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Monday, down nearly 27% since January.

At 12:27 PM on Tuesday, the shares were trading at ₹1,174.20, down 1.13%.

The broader IT sector has been dragged lower by concerns around artificial intelligence disrupting traditional outsourcing demand. Stretched further back, the stock is down 24% over one year, 7% over three years and 16% over five years.
