HCL Technologies will announce its Q2 FY27 results on 12 October after Indian stock markets close. The earnings conference call is scheduled for 7:30 pm. Shares advanced during Friday’s session amid a broader IT-sector rally, despite sustained weakness over longer periods.

HCL Technologies is set to announce its financial results for the second quarter of FY27 on Monday, 12 October, covering the three months ended 30 September 2026. The Noida-headquartered IT services company confirmed the schedule in a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

The announcement will come after the Indian stock market closes, with investors awaiting the company’s quarterly performance. HCL Tech has not specified an exact release time, although the company will also hold an audio conference call on the same day to discuss its quarterly performance. A replay will be available after the call concludes.

HCL Technologies shares gained during Friday’s session, tracking a broader recovery across IT stocks. The rise followed a period of weakness in the stock, which has recorded -18.15% returns over the past year.

On 09 October, the shares ended the session in green, at ₹1,216.70 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), up 3.39% for the session. The stock’s return on equity stood at 32.31%.

HCL Technologies has maintained regular interim dividend payments, including a special distribution in January 2025. Its annual dividend payout reached ₹54 per equity share in FY26, compared with ₹60 in FY25 and ₹52 in FY24.

Shareholders received two interim payouts in 2026. The company paid ₹24 per share in April, then ₹12 in July. For FY26, its dividend yield stood at 4.1%, measuring cash returns against the share price.
