Canara Robeco Q2 FY27 Results: PAT Rises 21.5% to ₹59.19 Crore As Revenue From Operations Grows 17% To ₹121.59 Crore

Canara Robeco Asset Management reported Q2 FY27 profit after tax (PAT) of ₹59.19 crore, up 21.5% year-on-year. It has also declared an interim dividend of ₹2 per share.
Canara Robeco Asset Management Company Limited reported profit after tax (PAT) of ₹59.19 crore for the second quarter of FY27, up 21.5% from ₹48.71 crore a year earlier. Revenue from operations increased 17% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹121.59 crore.
For the first half of FY27, PAT grew 22.9% to ₹134.79 crore and revenue from operations rose 18.3% to ₹237.79 crore.

How Did Other Income Affect Quarterly Performance?
Total income for Q2 FY27 rose 18.6% YoY to ₹128.14 crore. Profit before tax (PBT) increased 21% to ₹79.90 crore, and earnings per share (EPS) also increased to ₹2.97 from the previous figure of ₹2.44.
However, quarterly PAT declined 21.7% from ₹75.60 crore in Q1 FY27. Total income fell from ₹145.84 crore, largely alongside a sharp reduction in net gains from fair-value changes on investments, which dropped to ₹6.38 crore from ₹29.17 crore in the previous quarter. This distinction matters when comparing the quarter sequentially.
What Do The Operating Metrics Show?
The company’s key performance indicator disclosure reported mutual fund average assets under management (AUM) of ₹1,24,404 crore for H1 FY27, compared with ₹1,19,727 crore a year earlier, an increase of about 3.9%. Equity-oriented quarterly average AUM rose to ₹1,13,196 crore from ₹1,07,760 crore.
The number of distribution partners increased to 57,186 from 53,955. However, outstanding systematic investment plan (SIP) accounts declined to 1.96 million from 2.13 million, while monthly SIP contributions fell to ₹676 crore from ₹768 crore.
The board declared an interim dividend of ₹2 per equity share with a face value of ₹10. Friday, 16 October 2026, is the record date. The dividend is to be paid within 30 days of declaration to eligible shareholders.
