Bajaj Holdings announces ₹65 interim dividend with 21 September record date

Bajaj Holdings & Investment has declared an interim dividend of ₹65 per equity share for FY27. The record date is 21 September, with the dividend to be credited by 13 October.

Bajaj Holdings & Investment has announced an interim dividend of ₹65 per equity share for the financial year ending 31 March 2027.

The dividend was approved at the company's board meeting on 15 September. At ₹65 a share, the payout works out to 650% of the ₹10 face value of the equity shares.

Shareholders will need to hold the shares on the record date to qualify for the dividend. Bajaj Holdings has fixed 21 September as the record date for the payout.

The dividend is expected to be credited to eligible shareholders on or before 13 October 2026, the company said in its exchange filing.

The board meeting started at 9:15 am on 15 September and ended 20 minutes later at 9:35 am.

Bajaj Holdings & Investment is the investment arm of the Bajaj Group. Its portfolio includes investments in equities and fixed-income instruments, along with stakes in group companies such as Bajaj Auto and Bajaj Finserv.

The ₹65 interim dividend adds to Bajaj Holdings' history of returning cash to shareholders through dividends.

At 10:46 am on 15 September, Bajaj Holdings shares were trading at ₹11,106 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The stock has fallen by more than 15% over the past year.
