Avenue Supermarts Board Meeting On 10 October: Q2 Results, Revenue Growth And DMart Share Price In Focus

Avenue Supermarts will announce its Q2 FY27 results on 10 October 2026. The company reported 18.4% year-on-year growth in standalone revenue to ₹19,206.18 crore for the September quarter.
Avenue Supermarts Ltd, the parent company of DMart, is holding a board meeting on 10 October to approve its financial results for the second quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026. The company has already reported its quarterly revenue in a business update. The upcoming results will provide details of its profit and operating margins.
DMart Reports 18.4% Growth In Q2 Revenue
Avenue Supermarts reported standalone revenue from operations of ₹19,206.18 crore for the September quarter. This was 18.4% higher than the ₹16,218.79 crore reported in the same quarter last year. Revenue also increased from ₹18,343.49 crore in the June quarter, marking a sequential rise of around 4.7%.
Further, the company reported 518 stores as of 30 September 2026.
Previous Quarter Results: Revenue And Profit
In the first quarter of FY27, Avenue Supermarts reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹18,794.53 crore. Consolidated net profit stood at ₹860.44 crore. The Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA) reached ₹1,499 crore. The Q2 results will offer a clearer picture of profitability after the revenue increase.
Avenue Supermarts Share Price Performance
Avenue Supermarts shares have declined in recent sessions. On 5 October, the stock fell 6.45% to ₹3,567 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). It closed at ₹3,516.80 on 9 October, down 1.90% for the session. The stock also touched a 52-week low of ₹3,497.70 during Friday's trade.
The share-price decline came despite the reported increase in quarterly revenue. The results will now provide further information on earnings and margins. Investors will be able to assess whether the company's financial performance supports its valuation amid competition in the organised retail and quick-commerce markets.
