Anand Rathi Wealth shares fell on 9 October 2026 ahead of the company's Q2 FY27 results. The Mumbai-based wealth management firm is scheduled to announce its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended 30 September.

The board will also consider an interim dividend for the current financial year. Both decisions are on the agenda for Friday's meeting, although the company has not specified when the results will be released.

The earnings announcement comes as investors await the company's latest financial figures and confirmation of whether shareholders will receive an interim payout.

The Anand Rathi share price was down 4.44% at ₹2,044.10 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) at 02.36 pm on Friday.

The board will consider the standalone and consolidated financial statements following their review by the audit committee.

Anand Rathi Wealth has set Thursday, 15 October 2026, as the revised record date for determining shareholder eligibility for an interim dividend, if declared.

The company informed the stock exchanges of the change in a filing dated 8 October 2026. The dividend has not been confirmed; the decision rests with the board at its scheduled meeting.

Anand Rathi Wealth declared a dividend of ₹7 per equity share in April 2026 and recommended ₹7 per share in May. In October 2025, the board approved a dividend of ₹6 per share for FY26.

The board’s latest decision will establish if another interim payout is announced. The company’s quarterly results will also include a financial update for the September reporting period.
