Aeroflex Industries shares jumped nearly 13% on Monday, October 12, and hit a fresh record high of ₹599.70 ahead of a board meeting this week to consider expansion plans, including further capacity enhancements.

The rally comes ahead of Aeroflex Industries' board meeting scheduled for Wednesday, October 14, at 10:30 am, where directors will consider and approve the company's expansion plans, including further capacity enhancements.
The company has not yet disclosed the proposed investment, the amount of additional capacity or the facilities that could be covered under the expansion. The board meeting comes after Aeroflex increased capacity in its liquid cooling SFN skid assembly business earlier this year. Monday's surge also extends a sharp run in the stock, which has gained more than 200% in 2026 and over 100% in the past six months.
Aeroflex Industries Board To Consider Expansion Plans
Aeroflex Industries informed the exchanges that its board will meet on October 14 to consider and approve expansion plans, including further capacity enhancements. Other matters may also be taken up with the permission of the chair.
The company has not specified the size of the proposed expansion or the investment involved. Details on the capacity to be added and the areas where the company plans to expand are expected after the board considers the proposal.
The upcoming meeting follows capacity additions undertaken by Aeroflex during the year. In July, the company announced an expansion in its capacity for liquid cooling SFN skid assemblies, which are used in thermal management applications, including data centres.
Aeroflex had said the expansion would increase its capacity for SFN skid assemblies to 50 units per month from 20 units earlier. The additional capacity was expected to become operational by the end of September 2026.
The company manufactures metallic flexible flow solutions, including corrugated stainless-steel hoses, interlock hoses, hose assemblies and other products used across industries. It exports its products to several international markets.
