Adroit Industries Q1 FY27 Results: Net Profit Rises 32.13% To ₹7.49 Crore As EBITDA Margin Expands To 30.93%
Adroit Industries reports ₹34.11 crore revenue and ₹7.49 crore profit in Q1 FY27.

Adroit Industries reported Q1 FY27 revenue of ₹34.11 crore, up 2.68% year on year, while profit after tax rose 32.13% to ₹7.49 crore. EBITDA margin expanded to 30.93% as the company progressed with plans to double manufacturing capacity.

Adroit Industries (India) Limited reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹34.11 crore in Q1 FY27, up 2.68% from ₹33.22 crore a year earlier. Profit after tax (PAT) rose 32.13% to ₹7.49 crore, compared with ₹5.67 crore in Q1 FY26.

Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) increased 9.81% year on year to ₹10.55 crore. The EBITDA margin expanded to 30.93% from 28.92% in the year-ago quarter.

This was the company’s first quarterly financial release since its recent listing on the Indian stock exchanges. The Adroit Industries share price closed at ₹193.27 on 12 October 2026, down by 4.75% from its previous close.

Adroit Industries’ EBITDA margin improved by 201 basis points year on year and 369 basis points quarter on quarter. PAT also increased 9.43% sequentially from ₹6.84 crore in Q4 FY26.

But the revenue grew at a slower pace than profitability. The company reported a 2.68% year-on-year increase in revenue from operations.

The company is progressing with a capital expenditure programme intended to double its overall manufacturing capacity. The plan follows its initial public offering (IPO), which raised ₹132.62 crore in fresh capital. The proceeds are intended to support domestic demand and increase its ability to execute export orders.

Adroit is also expanding its distribution network in South America, Canada and other international markets. The company said the move is intended to reduce its dependence on North American commercial vehicle demand and limit exposure to tariff uncertainty.

Saurabh Sangla, Chairman and Managing Director of Adroit Industries, said the company expanded its EBITDA margin to nearly 31% and recorded 32% year-on-year net profit growth despite the quarter traditionally being softer for the industry.

Adroit Industries is executing a milestone purchase order from a domestic private-sector original equipment manufacturer (OEM) in the defence sector. The company described the engagement as an entry point into defence manufacturing, particularly for specialised tactical mobility platforms.

The company manufactures propeller shafts and driveline components for commercial vehicles, defence mobility systems, industrial machinery and off-highway equipment. Its planned capacity expansion is expected to support both domestic requirements and export orders.
