ACME Solar Incorporates Four Units With ₹1 Lakh Initial Capital Each

ACME Solar Holdings has incorporated four wholly owned subsidiaries in Gurugram to develop, establish and operate power generation and renewable energy projects.

ACME Solar Holdings Limited has incorporated four wholly owned subsidiaries to undertake businesses related to power generation and renewable energy projects. The company disclosed the development in a filing with the stock exchanges on 15 September 2026.

ACME Solar Holdings’ shares will remain in focus after the company’s announcement. On the National Stock Exchange, the company’s stock price had already gone up by 4.50% to close the day at ₹420.4 on 15 September.

The newly incorporated entities are ACME Greentech Twenty Five Private Limited, ACME Greentech Twenty Six Private Limited, ACME Greentech Twenty Seven Private Limited and ACME Greentech Twenty Eight Private Limited.

All four companies have their registered offices located in Gurugram, Haryana, and have been established under ACME Solar Holdings as wholly owned subsidiaries. Their stated industry classification is power generation, specifically renewable energy, and they will focus on the development, establishment and operation of their business segment-related projects.

ACME Solar Holdings has subscribed to 100% of the initial paid-up share capital of each subsidiary in cash. Each company has 10,000 equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each, taking the initial subscription amount to ₹1 lakh per subsidiary.

The four subsidiaries therefore represent a combined initial paid-up share capital subscription of ₹4 lakh. No government or regulatory approvals were required for their incorporation, according to the filing.

The incorporation of these subsidiaries gives ACME Solar separate corporate entities for pursuing newer projects and expanding its business. The announcement does not disclose specific projects, capacity additions or financial commitments beyond the initial capital subscription.
