Samvardhana Motherson International posted a 40% YoY rise in Q4 PAT to ₹1,561 crore, while revenue climbed 17%. The board proposed a ₹0.25 per share dividend.

Samvardhana Motherson International on Wednesday posted a consolidated net profit of ₹1,561 crore for the March quarter, marking a 40% rise from ₹1,115 crore recorded in the corresponding period last year. The profit after tax attributable to the company’s owners reflected strong year-on-year growth.

On 21 May 2026, at around 3:21 pm, Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd shares were trading at ₹136.90, up 3.58% on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

The company’s board has proposed a final dividend of ₹0.25 per equity share with a face value of ₹1 each for FY25-26. The dividend, applicable to the entire equity share capital comprising 10,55,44,42,601 shares, is subject to shareholders’ approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for 30 July 2026.
