IREDA Q4 FY26 Results: PAT At ₹493 Crore, Income Rises 14%

IREDA reported Q4 FY26 standalone PAT of ₹492.75 crore, while income from operations rose 13.9% YoY as the renewable energy lender continued expanding its loan portfolio.

Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited reported a steady performance for the March quarter of FY26. On a standalone basis, total income from operations stood at ₹2,180.90 crore in Q4 FY26, rising 13.9% from ₹1,914.73 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Income was also marginally higher by 1.9% compared to ₹2,139.60 crore reported in Q3 FY26.

On the National Stock Exchange, IREDA’s share price were trading at ₹127.99 on 1 June 2026 at 10:50 AM, down by 3.95%.

Profit before tax (PBT) came in at ₹619.26 crore during the quarter, lower by 13.6% on a sequential basis compared to ₹716.95 crore in Q3 FY26. However, it was largely stable on a year-on-year basis, declining almost 1.5% from ₹628.98 crore reported in Q4 FY25.

Profit after tax (PAT) stood at ₹492.75 crore in Q4 FY26. While PAT declined 15.8% quarter-on-quarter from ₹584.91 crore in Q3 FY26, it remained 1.8% lower than the ₹501.79 crore reported in the year-ago period. Total comprehensive income increased 18.6% YoY to ₹577.74 crore from ₹487.19 crore, although it rose 7.7% sequentially from ₹536.35 crore.

Earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter stood at ₹1.76 compared with ₹1.87 in Q4 FY25 and ₹2.09 in Q3 FY26.

For the full financial year, IREDA delivered its highest-ever standalone annual profit. PAT increased 10.3% to ₹1,873.34 crore from ₹1,698.60 crore in FY25, while total income from operations rose 23.4% to ₹8,337.48 crore from ₹6,754.78 crore. Profit before tax grew 11.1% to ₹2,336.92 crore.

The company also reported strong business growth during FY26. Loan sanctions increased by 9.3% to reach ₹51,883 crore, loan disbursal rose 15.8% to ₹34,946 crore, and the loan book went up by 22% to ₹93,069 crore.

The board has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.75 per equity share for FY26. Once approved and after including the interim dividend of ₹0.60 that was paid earlier, the total dividend for the year stands at ₹1.35 per share.
