Key Details Of The Project
The company said it plans to develop a 600 MW solar power project, along with a 550 MWh battery energy storage system (BESS), at the TUSCO Solar Park in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, to meet the needs of its petrochemical plant at Pata. Additionally, GAIL plans to develop a 100 MW solar power project, along with a 22 MWh BESS, in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra, to support its PDH-PP plant at Usar in Raigad district.
