Eicher Motors Q4FY26 Profit Rises 12% To ₹1,520 Crore; Revenue Jumps 16%

Eicher Motors reported strong Q4FY26 growth with rising profit, revenue, Royal Enfield sales, and record annual VECV performance.

Eicher Motors reported a strong set of numbers in Q4FY26. The growth came from strong demand for Royal Enfield motorcycles and a healthy increment in its commercial vehicle business. The company posted a consolidated net profit of ₹1,519.95 crore for Q4FY26, marking an 11.6% year-on-year rise from ₹1,362.15 crore reported in the corresponding quarter last year.

Consolidated revenue from operations during the March quarter rose 16% YoY to ₹6,080.09 crore, compared with ₹5,241 crore in Q4FY25. Profit before tax (PBT) climbed 16% to ₹1,936.86 crore from ₹1,669.16 crore a year ago. Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA) for the quarter stood at ₹1,514 crore, registering a 20% growth over the previous year, while EBITDA margin came in at around 24.7%.

The board of directors recommended a final dividend of ₹82 per equity share for FY26, higher than the ₹70 per share dividend declared for FY25.

At the close of the day on 22 May 2026, Eicher Motors’ share price was up by 1.30% to reach ₹6,981.50 on the National Stock Exchange.

The company’s motorcycle business, led by Royal Enfield, continued to be the key growth driver. Royal Enfield recorded its highest-ever fourth-quarter sales at 3,13,811 motorcycles, which is 12% increase on a yearly basis. For the full FY26, the company sold more than 12.27 lakh motorcycles globally, supported by strong domestic demand and rising exports.

International motorcycle volumes reportedly grew 20% during the year, while the brand maintained around 87% market share in India’s mid-size motorcycle segment.

Meanwhile, VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV), the joint venture between Eicher Motors and Volvo Group, also delivered a strong performance during the quarter. VECV sold 33,976 vehicles in Q4FY26 compared with 28,675 vehicles in the same quarter last year. For the full financial year, VECV crossed the 1 lakh annual sales mark for the first time, with FY26 revenue rising 15% to ₹27,077 crore. Its EBITDA increased 14.6% to ₹2,563 crore, while PAT rose 16.5% to ₹1,471 crore.

For the entire FY26, Eicher Motors reported record financial performance. Consolidated revenue stood at ₹23,408 crore, while EBITDA reached ₹5,785 crore and profit after tax came in at ₹5,515 crore. PAT margin for the year stood at 22.6%.
