Bharat Electronics Q4 FY26 Results: PAT Rises To ₹2,203 Crore, FY26 Revenue Crosses ₹27,000 Crore

Bharat Electronics reported a 5% year-on-year rise in Q4 FY26 PAT to ₹2,203 crore. Revenue from operations increased 12% to ₹10,177 crore.

Bharat Electronics (BEL) reported steady growth in revenue and profitability for the March quarter and full financial year FY26, courtesy of strong sales and operations across its defence and electronics businesses.

The company’s standalone revenue from operations for Q4 FY26 stood at ₹10,177 crore compared to ₹9,120 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, registering a year-on-year (YoY) growth of nearly 12%.

Bharat Electronics' share price was down by almost 1% to close at ₹422.95 on 19 May 2026, on the National Stock Exchange.

Standalone profit before tax (PBT) for the quarter increased to ₹2,904 crore from ₹2,848 crore reported in Q4 FY25. Profit after tax (PAT) rose to ₹2,203 crore compared to ₹2,105 crore in the year-ago period. PAT in the previous quarter (Q3 FY26) stood at ₹1,590 crore.

For the full financial year FY26, BEL’s revenue from operations increased 16.15% YoY to ₹27,480 crore against ₹23,658 crore reported in FY25. Full-year PBT stood at ₹8,075 crore, up 13.89% from ₹7,090 crore in the previous financial year. PAT for FY26 rose 14.38% YoY to ₹6,048 crore compared to ₹5,288 crore reported in FY25.

At the same time, the company’s expenses increased YoY. In Q4, total expenses reached ₹7,383 crore from ₹5,133 in the previous quarter. Annual expenses stood at ₹19,995 crore compared to ₹17,335 crore in FY 25.

The company said its order book position stood at ₹73,882 crore as on 1 April 2026. Earnings per share (EPS) was ₹3.01 for the final quarter and ₹8.27 for the complete financial year.

BEL’s board has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.55 per equity share for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting.
