Awfis Space Solutions posted a strong Q4FY26, with profit more than doubling to ₹23 crore as demand for flexible office spaces stayed strong.
Awfis Space Solutions delivered a strong set of numbers for the March quarter of FY26. The growth is supported by higher demand for managed workspaces and growing revenue from enterprise and fit-out projects.
For the quarter ended March 2026, the company posted a net profit of ₹23 crore, a 106.95% increase on a year-on-year basis when compared with around ₹11 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year. Total income for Q4FY26 rose to ₹429.16 crore, up from ₹359.45 crore a year ago.
Awfis Space Solutions shares gained sharply after the results announcement. As of 3:06 pm on 26 May 2026, company shares were trading at ₹366.20, up by 0.44% during the day’s trade.
Co-Working Business Continues to Drive Growth
Revenue growth was driven largely by Awfis’ core co-working business, which remained its biggest earnings contributor during the quarter. The co-working segment contributed more than 83% of operating revenue. Income from this segment increased 26.8% YoY to ₹341.5 crore, compared with ₹269.3 crore in Q4FY25.
The company’s construction and fit-out projects business contributed ₹68.6 crore during the March quarter, reflecting continued demand from enterprises seeking customised managed workspace solutions.
At the operating level, Awfis benefited from higher occupancy across centres, stronger seat utilisation, and rising enterprise demand, including from Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
The company has also been expanding its technology-led workplace offerings. The management has highlighted growth linked to the broader GCC and AI-driven office expansion trend in India.

Operationally, the company continued aggressive expansion during FY26. Awfis added 41 new centres and nearly 30,000 seats during the year, strengthening its footprint across major office markets in India. The expansion comes when there is a growing demand for flexible workspaces from startups, large corporates and multinational tenants.
