Astral Q4 FY26 Results: PAT Rises 20% To ₹213 Crore, Revenue Up 24%

Astral Limited reported a 20% year-on-year rise in PAT to ₹213 crore in Q4 FY26. Revenue from operations increased 24% to ₹2,089 crore.

Astral Limited reported a strong performance for the March quarter of FY26, supported by robust growth in its plumbing business and continued momentum in adhesives and paints. The company’s consolidated revenue from operations for Q4 FY26 rose 24.2% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹2,089 crore compared to ₹1,681 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

Astral Limited's share price was down by 0.33% to reach ₹1,545.7 on the National Stock Exchange at the close of the day on 18 May 2026.

Astral’s Financial Performance Analysis

Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation (EBITDA) increased 28.8% YoY to ₹400 crore, while profit before tax (PBT) grew 28% to ₹303 crore. Profit after tax (before other comprehensive income) for the quarter stood at ₹213 crore, up 19.6% YoY from ₹178 crore. Earnings per share rose to ₹7.93 from ₹6.67 in Q4 FY25.

For the full financial year FY26, Astral’s revenue from operations increased 12.6% YoY to ₹6,569 crore. EBITDA rose 12.4% to ₹1,109 crore, while PAT grew 3% to ₹535 crore.

The plumbing business remained the key growth driver during the quarter. Segment revenue increased 25.1% YoY to ₹1,534 crore, while segment EBITDA surged 40.5% to ₹352 crore. Plumbing volumes grew 24.2% YoY to 84,041 metric tonnes during Q4 FY26.

Astral said the overall demand scenario in plastic pipes remained strong during the quarter despite weakness in the PVC industry. The company highlighted that PVC industry demand declined around 10% in Q4, while Astral delivered 24.2% volume growth and continued to gain market share.

The paints and adhesives business also delivered healthy revenue growth. Segment revenue rose 21.9% YoY to ₹554 crore during Q4 FY26, although segment EBITDA declined by 20% to ₹48 crore due to investments and higher branding expenses.

During the financial year, Astral grew its pipes and fittings production capacity from 3,81,957 metric tonnes to 4,17,645 metric tonnes. The company also saw higher sales in Uttar Pradesh and nearby regions after starting operations at its Kanpur factory.

The board has recommended a final dividend of ₹2.50 per share in addition to the interim dividend of ₹1.50 per share already paid during the year.
