Apollo Tyres Q4 FY26 Results: Revenue Rises 14%, Net Profit At ₹631 Crore

For Q4 FY26, Apollo Tyres reported revenue of ₹7,336 crore with a net profit of ₹631 crore. Revenue for the complete FY26 rose to ₹28,471 crore.

Apollo Tyres reported a 14% year-on-year (YoY) rise in consolidated revenue for Q4 FY26, backed by strong growth in its Indian operations. Revenue from operations for the March quarter stood at ₹7,336 crore compared with ₹6,424 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

On 14 May 2026, Apollo Tyres' share price closed at ₹401.8 on the National Stock Exchange, up by 1.35%.

Financial Performance Highlights

Operating profit for the quarter increased 28% YoY to ₹1,069 crore from ₹837 crore in Q4 FY25. Net profit for Q4 FY26 came in at ₹631 crore against ₹185 crore in the year-ago period.

The company said the quarterly profit included the estimated after-tax impact of restructuring and impairment charges amounting to ₹338 crore, disclosed as exceptional items. The quarter also included a one-time tax reversal benefit of ₹574 crore following the adoption of the concessional tax regime.

For the full financial year FY26, Apollo Tyres reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹28,471 crore, up 9% YoY from ₹26,123 crore in FY25. Operating profit for the year rose 16% to ₹4,143 crore compared with ₹3,572 crore in the previous financial year.

Net profit for FY26 stood at ₹1,372 crore, up from ₹1,121 crore in FY25. The annual profit included restructuring and impairment-related exceptional charges amounting to ₹742 crore after tax, along with the one-time tax reversal benefit recognised during Q4 FY26.

The company noted that its India operations delivered the highest-ever quarterly revenue during Q4 FY26.

The board of directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share for FY26, subject to shareholder approval. This is in addition to the interim dividend of ₹3.50 per share already paid during the year, taking the total FY26 dividend payout to ₹6 per share.
