Vishal Nirmiti IPO To Open On 30 September, Price Band ₹208-220
Vishal Nirmiti IPO is set to open next week. Issue size ₹178 cr at upper band.

Vishal Nirmiti IPO will open on 30 September with a ₹208-220 price band. The ₹178 crore issue includes a fresh issue and an offer for sale.

Vishal Nirmiti Ltd is set to launch its initial public offering (IPO) next week, with the subscription window opening on 30 September. The civil engineering, manufacturing and construction company has fixed the price band at ₹208 to ₹220 per equity share.

The IPO will comprise both a fresh issue and an offer for sale (OFS). At the upper end of the price band, the issue will be worth ₹178 crore.

Saffron Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd. is the book-running lead manager for the issue, while MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. has been appointed as the registrar.

The fresh issue will comprise up to 69.71 lakh equity shares and will raise ₹145 crore at the upper end of the price band. In addition, 15 lakh shares will be offered by existing shareholders through the OFS, valued at ₹33 crore at the upper band.

The company will receive the proceeds from the fresh issue. These funds are planned for working capital requirements, loan repayments and general corporate purposes.

The OFS component will allow existing shareholders to sell their holdings. The proceeds will go directly to the selling shareholders rather than Vishal Nirmiti.

The IPO will remain open from 30 September to 5 October 2026. The allotment is expected to be finalised on 6 October after which the shares will be credited before listing on the exchanges.

Vishal Nirmiti is proposed to list on both the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), with 8 October 2026 set as the tentative listing date.

Vishal Nirmiti operates across manufacturing, engineering, procurement, infrastructure and construction activities. Its manufacturing business includes pre-stressed concrete (PSC) sleepers used in railway projects, along with pre-cast and pre-stressed concrete products.

The company also manufactures and fabricates mild steel (MS) pipes, MS liners and pre-stressed pipes for pumped storage projects.

Its services extend to railway infrastructure, civil engineering, irrigation and other infrastructure projects.
