Veegaland Developers made its debut on stock exchanges today, i.e., 18 September 2026. The initial public offering (IPO) of Veegaland Developers was a mainboard issue, and its shares were listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
The shares were listed at a premium of 10% compared with the IPO issue price of ₹140 per share in the upper price band. On the NSE, the shares opened at ₹154 apiece. On the BSE, the stock was listed at ₹151.
Veegaland Developers IPO And Subscription Details
The Veegaland Developers IPO carried a price band of ₹130–140 per share. It was open for subscription from 10 September to 15 September. The IPO’s size was pegged at ₹210 crore and had a lot size of 107 shares. The issue comprised only a fresh issue of 1.50 crore shares with no offer for sale (OFS) component.
The Veegaland Developers IPO received an overall subscription of 14.60 times. The qualified institutional buyer (QIB) portion was subscribed 19.13 times, while the non-institutional investor (NII) category was booked 19.41 times. The retail portion was subscribed 9.95 times.
Cumulative Capital Pvt Ltd was the book-running manager of the IPO, while MUFG Intime India Pvt Ltd was the issue registrar.
