Varmora Granito made its debut on stock exchanges today, i.e., 29 September 2026. The initial public offering (IPO) of Varmora Granito was a mainboard issue and its shares were listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
The shares were listed at a premium of nearly 5% compared with the IPO issue price of ₹148 per share in the upper price band on the NSE. On the NSE, the shares opened at ₹155 apiece. On the BSE, the stock was listed at ₹152 apiece.
Varmora Granito IPO And Subscription Details
The Varmora Granito IPO carried a price band of ₹140–148 per share. It was open for subscription from 22 September to 24 September. The IPO’s size was pegged at ₹708 crore and had a lot size of 101 shares.
The Varmora Granito IPO received an overall subscription of 1.58 times. The qualified institutional buyer (QIB) portion was subscribed 3.16 times. The retail individual investors (RII) portion attracted bids for 1,70,92,634 shares, compared with 1,71,76,172 shares available for the segment, taking subscription close to 100%. The non-institutional investor (NII) category reached 92% subscription.
JM Financial Ltd., Goldman Sachs (India) Securities Pvt Ltd, and SBI Capital Markets Ltd were the book-running managers of the IPO, while KFin Technologies Ltd was the issue registrar.
