Upcoming IPOs This October: ₹39,000 Crore-Plus Issues Expected, Led by Jio Platforms, Paras Healthcare
October 2026 IPO pipeline tops ₹39,000 crore, led by Jio Platforms, Paras Healthcare and others.

Jio Platforms could open its public issue on October 21 and raise about $3.8 billion, while Paras Healthcare is proposing an ₹1,800 crore IPO. Tonbo Imaging and SFC Environmental Technologies are also among the mainboard companies preparing to tap the primary market this month.

Upcoming IPOs This October: India's IPO market is set for a busy October 2026, with Jio Platforms, Paras Healthcare, Tonbo Imaging India and SFC Environmental Technologies among the mainboard companies expected to launch public issues. The proposed offers together represent a ₹39,000 crore-plus pipeline, with Jio Platforms accounting for the bulk of the fundraising through an IPO expected to raise about $3.8 billion, or roughly ₹37,700 crore.

The Jio Platforms IPO could open on October 21 and close on October 23, with the anchor book likely on October 19 and listing expected on October 28, according to people familiar with the matter cited by Reuters. The Reliance Industries subsidiary plans to issue up to 27 crore fresh shares, with no offer-for-sale (OFS) component.

Paras Healthcare is proposing an ₹1,800 crore IPO comprising a ₹500 crore fresh issue and ₹1,300 crore OFS. SFC Environmental Technologies plans a ₹150 crore fresh issue along with an OFS of about 1.23 crore shares, while Tonbo Imaging India's proposed IPO consists entirely of an OFS of about 1.81 crore shares.

Final IPO dates and price bands have not yet been announced for all four companies, meaning the October 2026 IPO calendar could change as the respective offers move towards launch.

Jio Platforms is expected to be the biggest issue in the October IPO pipeline. At around $3.8 billion, the proposed offer could surpass Hyundai Motor India's $2.9 billion IPO in 2024 to become India's largest public issue.

The IPO consists of up to 27 crore fresh equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each. There is no OFS, meaning existing shareholders will not sell shares through the public offer.

Jio Platforms proposes to use ₹27,500 crore of the IPO proceeds towards repayment or prepayment of borrowings of Reliance Jio Infocomm. The remaining proceeds are proposed to be used for general corporate purposes.

The issue could open for public subscription on October 21 after an anchor round on October 19, with bidding likely to close on October 23. The shares could list on the stock exchanges on October 28. The schedule has not yet been formally announced by the company.

The final Jio Platforms IPO price band and issue price are also yet to be announced.

Paras Healthcare is proposing an ₹1,800 crore public issue, making it another sizeable IPO expected in the October pipeline. The offer comprises ₹500 crore of fresh shares and an OFS worth ₹1,300 crore.

The hospital operator plans to use proceeds from the fresh issue towards repayment of certain borrowings, investment in subsidiary PMHPL for debt repayment and general corporate purposes.

SFC Environmental Technologies is proposing a ₹150 crore fresh issue along with an OFS of about 1.23 crore shares. The company plans to use the fresh proceeds towards repayment of certain borrowings of the company and its wholly owned subsidiary, working capital requirements and general corporate purposes.

Tonbo Imaging India, meanwhile, plans an IPO consisting entirely of an OFS of about 1.81 crore shares by promoters and existing shareholders. Since the issue does not include fresh shares, the company will not receive any proceeds from the offer.

Jio Platforms is therefore expected to account for most of the potential fundraising from the October mainboard IPO pipeline. The final line-up will depend on when the companies announce their subscription dates, price bands and final offer terms.
