SRIT India IPO Listing: Shares List At A Premium Of Over 13% On The NSE After A Strong Demand During Bidding

SRIT India’s shares are listed at a premium of over 13% to the issue price on the NSE. The issue was oversubscribed by 125.16 times overall and 63.70 times in the retail category.
Shares of SRIT India Limited began trading on the domestic stock exchanges on a strong note on Tuesday. The stock opened at ₹148.00 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), a premium of 13.85%. On the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), it opened at ₹139.80 apiece, translating into a premium of 7.54%. The issue price was fixed at ₹130 per share at the upper end of the price band.
SRIT India IPO And Subscription Details
The ₹218.40-crore SRIT India’s initial public offering (IPO) opened for subscription on 28 September 2026 and closed on 30 September. The mainboard IPO received an overwhelming response from investors during the bidding period, with the overall subscription reaching 125.16 times. The IPO price band was fixed at ₹123–130 per share.
The non-institutional investor (NII) quota received the maximum subscription, with the reserved portion getting subscribed by over 312.99 times. The qualified institutional buyer (QIB) category was subscribed by 91.84 times, whereas the retail portion was subscribed by 63.70 times.
The IPO comprised a fresh issue of 1.68 crore equity shares. There was no offer-for-sale (OFS) component.
