Skyways Air Services IPO Listing: Shares List At Over 9% Discount

Skyways Air Services shares listed at over a 9% discount on the domestic stock exchanges. The issue was oversubscribed by 71.25 times overall and 25.40 times in the retail category.
Skyways Air Services Ltd’s shares began trading on a negative note on the domestic stock exchanges despite strong investor interest. They listed at a discount of over 9%. The stock opened at ₹124.50 apiece on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), a discount of 9.78%. On the National Stock Exchange (NSE), it opened at ₹124.99 apiece, translating into a discount of 9.43%. The issue price was ₹138 per share.
Skyways Air Services IPO And Subscription Details
The ₹582.50-crore Skyways Air Services initial public offering (IPO) opened for subscription on 24 August 2026 and remained open till 27 August. The mainboard IPO received an overwhelming response from investors, with the overall subscription reaching 71.25 times.
The qualified institutional buyer (QIB) quota got the maximum subscription, with the reserved portion getting subscribed by over 140 times. The non-institutional investor (NII) category was subscribed 87 times, whereas the retail portion was subscribed 25.40 times (as per the exchange data).
The IPO comprised a fresh issue of 2.89 crore shares worth ₹398.80 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 1.33 crore shares worth ₹184 crore.
