Seven IPOs Worth Over Rs 6,400 Crore To Hit Primary Market This Week, Horizon Industrial Parks Leads The Pack

The upcoming issues add to the busy primary-market activity seen this month, with Blackstone-backed Horizon Industrial Parks Ltd set to launch its Rs 2,600-crore issue from August 17 to August 19. The IPO comprises only a fresh issuance of 43.34 crore shares, with no offer-for-sale (OFS) component.
The primary market is gearing up for another busy week, with seven companies set to launch their initial public offerings (IPOs) between August 17 and August 21. The lineup includes Blackstone-backed Horizon Industrial Parks and jewellery retailer Lalithaa Jewellery Mart, with the seven issues together representing more than Rs 6,400 crore in offer size.
Funds raised through the fresh issue portions will largely be used for business expansion, capital expenditure, debt repayment and other corporate purposes, while proceeds from offer-for-sale (OFS) components will go to the respective selling shareholders. With the addition of these issues, the number of companies launching IPOs in 2026 is expected to rise to 55, according to industry data.
Horizon Industrial Parks IPO
Blackstone-backed Horizon Industrial Parks opens its Rs 2,600-crore IPO for subscription on August 17 and will close the issue on August 19. The offer comprises entirely a fresh issue, with no OFS component, and has a price band of Rs 57-60 per share. The company plans to use Rs 2,250 crore of the proceeds to repay borrowings, with the balance earmarked for general corporate purposes.
The lot size has been fixed at 250 shares. Horizon Industrial Parks is an industrial and logistics infrastructure developer, owner and operator, with a portfolio spanning 60 million square feet across 46 assets in 10 cities.
Lalithaa Jewellery Mart IPO
Jewellery retailer Lalithaa Jewellery Mart will also open its public offer on August 17, with the issue closing on August 19. The Rs 1,700-crore IPO has a price band of Rs 190-201 per share and comprises a fresh issue of up to Rs 1,200 crore and an OFS of up to Rs 500 crore by promoter M Kiran Kumar Jain.
The company plans to use funds from the fresh issue to open new stores and for general corporate purposes. The retail lot size has been fixed at 74 shares.
Shankesh Jewellers IPO
Mumbai-based jewellery wholesaler Shankesh Jewellers will open its IPO on August 18 and close the issue on August 20. The Rs 367.18-crore offer comes with a price band of Rs 88-93 per share.
The IPO comprises a fresh issue worth Rs 274.18 crore and an OFS of up to 1 crore shares by promoters Kantilal Kheemraj Jain and Manoj Kantilal Jain. The company plans to use the proceeds towards working capital requirements, repayment or pre-payment of borrowings and general corporate purposes.
Shankesh Jewellers manufactures and supplies customised handcrafted gold jewellery.
Sunshine Pictures IPO
Sunshine Pictures, promoted by film and television producer-director Vipul Shah, will also open its IPO on August 18 and close on August 20. The Rs 282.14-crore issue has a price band of Rs 342-360 per share.
The offer comprises a fresh issue of 48 lakh shares and an OFS of 30.37 lakh shares by promoters Vipul Amrutlal Shah and Shefali Vipul Shah, taking the total offer size to 78.37 lakh shares. Of the fresh issue proceeds, Rs 112.50 crore will be used to fund long-term working capital requirements, with the balance earmarked for general corporate purposes. The lot size is 41 shares.
Sunshine Pictures is engaged in originating, creating, developing, producing, marketing and distributing films and web series.
Gaja Alternative Asset Management IPO
Gaja Alternative Asset Management, which operates under the Gaja Capital brand, will open its Rs 550-crore IPO on August 19 and close on August 21. The price band has been fixed at Rs 152-160 per share, with a lot size of 93 shares.
The issue comprises a fresh component of Rs 450 crore and an OFS of up to Rs 100 crore by promoters and existing investors. Proceeds from the fresh issue will be used for debt repayment, seeding new funds and general corporate purposes.
Gaja Capital was founded in 2004 and focuses on private equity and alternative asset management, with investments across sectors including education, financial services and consumer businesses. The IPO will bring the India-origin alternative asset management platform to the public markets.
Tempsens Instruments IPO
Thermal engineering and specialised cable manufacturer Tempsens Instruments will open its IPO on August 20 and close on August 24. The offer comprises a fresh issue worth Rs 95 crore and an OFS of 1.85 crore shares. The company has fixed a price band of Rs 285-300 per share, with a lot size of 50 shares.
The total offer size is Rs 650 crore, including the Rs 95-crore fresh issue and Rs 555-crore OFS.
Augmont Enterprises IPO
Integrated gold and silver platform Augmont Enterprises will launch its Rs 825-crore IPO on August 21. The issue comprises a fresh issue of Rs 620 crore and an OFS of Rs 205 crore. The price band is yet to be announced.
Augmont's offering will bring another precious-metals-focused business to the primary market during a week that also features two jewellery companies, Lalithaa Jewellery Mart and Shankesh Jewellers.
Other IPO And Listing Activity This Week
Beyond the seven mainboard issues, the week's primary-market activity will also include SME IPOs from Dhanwel Hybrid Seeds and Mopshop Distribution.
On the listing front, several companies are scheduled to make their market debut this week, including Molbio Diagnostics, Dhoot Transmission, Milky Mist Dairy Food, Behari Lal Engineering, Shiprocket, Sham Foam, Q&T Foods, Pramodini Medicare, Credent Connect, Skytech Infinite Platform, Technocrats Plasma Systems and ENS Enterprises.
Separately, logistics and air freight company Skyways Air Services is scheduled to launch its Rs 583-crore IPO on August 24, extending the primary-market activity into the following week.
