Priority Jewels shares began trading on a positive note, listing at a 15% premium on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The shares opened at ₹230 apiece on NSE. They got listed at ₹225.20 apiece on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), a premium of 12.60%.
Priority Jewels IPO And Subscription Details
Priority Jewels’ initial public offering (IPO) remained in strong demand throughout the bidding period. The public issue was open from 28 August to 1 September, with a price band of ₹190–₹200 per equity share.
Priority Jewels IPO consisted solely of a fresh issue of 45.75 lakh shares. At the end of the bidding process on 1 September, the issue had received bids for 32,16,86,025 equity shares, compared with the 32,02,500 shares available for subscription, taking the overall subscription level to 100.45 times, NSE data showed.
Demand was strongest among non-institutional Investors (NIIs), whose portion was subscribed 166.49 times. Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) followed with 106.76 times subscription, while the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) category received bids equivalent to 39.87 times the shares reserved for the segment.
