NSE IPO Subscription Status: The issue entered its second day with subscription rising to 0.44x, as non-institutional and retail bids continued to account for most of the demand.
The National Stock Exchange (NSE) IPO entered its second day of bidding on Friday, with the issue receiving bids for 0.44 times the shares on offer. The public issue had ended Day 1 with 43% subscription.
The ₹22,568.94-crore IPO received bids for 3,89,30,632 shares against 8,86,42,912 shares available, according to subscription data. The NII portion was subscribed 0.73x, while retail investors bid for 0.45x of the shares reserved for the category. The QIB portion stood at 0.19x.
The IPO opened on September 17 and will remain open for subscription until September 21. The issue is entirely an offer for sale (OFS) of 12.64 crore shares by existing shareholders.

The issue carried forward the demand seen on the opening day, although institutional participation remained below the portion reserved for QIBs. Retail and NII investors accounted for the larger share of the bids received so far.
