Milky Mist Dairy Food shares made a positive debut on the stock market today. Milky Mist Dairy price on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) stood at ₹165 apiece at the time of listing, marking a nearly 18% premium over the issue price. Milky Mist Dairy Food listing price on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) also stood at ₹165 apiece.
Milky Mist Dairy Food IPO And Subscription Details
Milky Mist Dairy Food initial public offering (IPO) was open for subscription from 11 August to 13 August, with the price band set at ₹133-₹140 per equity share. The minimum lot size was 107 shares. At the upper price band, retail investors needed ₹14,980 to subscribe to one lot.
The IPO included a fresh issue of ₹1,428 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹125 crore. The fresh issue comprised 10.20 crore equity shares, while the OFS included up to 89.29 lakh shares. JM Financial, IIFL Capital Services and Axis Capital acted as the book-running lead managers. KFin Technologies was the registrar to the issue.
The IPO was subscribed 56.12 times by the close of bidding on 13 August. Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) led the demand with 155.83 times subscription, followed by non-institutional investors (NIIs) at 34.91 times and retail investors at 8.40 times.
