Manipal Payment and Identity Solutions shares were listed on the stock exchanges on 17 September 2026. The stock got listed at a discount of 2% below the IPO issue price. The stock opened at ₹330 on the NSE and at ₹332 on the BSE.

Manipal Payment and Identity Solutions Limited made its debut on the stock exchanges on Thursday, 17 September 2026. The initial public offering (IPO) is a mainboard issue and listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). The shares list at around a 2% discount compared with the IPO issue price of ₹339 per share.

Manipal Payment and Identity Solutions shares opened at ₹330 on the NSE, representing a 2.65% discount below the IPO price. The shares were listed at ₹332 on the BSE, at a 2.06% discount below the issue price.

The Manipal Payment and Identity Solutions IPO carried a price band of ₹322-₹339 per share. The issue was open for subscription from 9 to 11 September 2026. The IPO was valued at ₹805 crore and had a lot size of 44 shares.

The issue comprised a fresh issue of 94.40 lakh equity shares worth ₹320 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 1.43 crore equity shares worth ₹485 crore.

The IPO received an overall subscription of 1.42 times. The qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) category was subscribed 1.26 times, while the non-institutional investors (NIIs) category saw a subscription of 1.22 times. The retail individual investors (RIIs) portion was subscribed 2.19 times.

Manipal Payment and Identity Solutions was incorporated in 2008 and is part of the Manipal Group. The company provides technology-based products and services across payments, identification and security. Its business also includes secure printing, smart tagging and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions. The company caters to banks, fintech companies, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) and government bodies across domestic and international markets.
