Manika Plastech made its debut on stock exchanges today, i.e., 21 September 2026. The initial public offering (IPO) of Manika Plastech was a mainboard issue and its shares were listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
The shares were listed flat on the NSE and BSE compared with the IPO issue price of ₹43 per share in the upper price band.
Manika Plastech IPO And Subscription Details
The Manika Plastech IPO carried a price band of ₹40–43 per share. It was open for subscription from 11 September to 16 September. The IPO’s size was pegged at ₹125.50 crore and had a lot size of 348 shares.
The issue comprised a fresh issue of ₹92.50 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹33 crore. The company plans to utilise the proceeds to fund capital expenditure for buying plant and machinery along with repaying borrowings.
The Manika Plastech IPO received an overall subscription of 28.14 times. The qualified institutional buyer (QIB) portion was subscribed 10.94 times, while the non-institutional investor (NII) category was booked 63.09 times. The retail portion was subscribed 22.72 times.
Pantomath Capital Advisors was the book-running lead manager of the IPO, while MUFG Intime India Pvt Ltd was the issue registrar.
