Kwick Forensics Solutions’ shares listed at over a 66% premium on the BSE SME platform. The issue was oversubscribed by a staggering 289 times overall and 313 times in the retail category.
Kwick Forensics Solutions shares started trading on the Bombay Stock Exchange’s (BSE’s) dedicated platform for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on a strong note. They listed at ₹150 apiece, translating into a premium of 66.67%.
Kwick Forensics Solutions IPO And Subscription Details
Kwick Forensics Solutions’ initial public offering (IPO) opened for public subscription on 27 August and closed on 31 August. It garnered an extraordinary response from investors, with the issue getting oversubscribed by a staggering 289 times. The retail portion was subscribed 313.18 times, while the non-institutional investors (NII) quota got subscribed 318.53 times. Qualified institutional investors (QIBs) also bid strongly, with their portion getting subscribed 224.32 times.
The SME IPO comprised a fresh issue of 46 lakh shares worth ₹41.05 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 11 lakh shares worth ₹9.72 crore. The company raised a total of ₹50.77 crore through this public offering.
Kwick Forensics Solutions’ IPO price band was set between ₹85 and ₹90 per share.
