JSW One Platforms IPO: ₹1,300 Crore Fresh Issue, ₹1,754 Crore OFS

JSW One Platforms has filed IPO papers with SEBI for a ₹3,054 crore issue, comprising a ₹1,300 crore fresh issue and an OFS of up to ₹1,754.01 crore.
JSW One Platforms, a technology-enabled business-to-business (B2B) platform serving the manufacturing and construction sectors, has filed draft initial public offering (IPO) papers with SEBI for a proposed ₹3,054 crore issue.
The IPO will combine fresh capital for the company with an offer for sale (OFS) by existing shareholders.
JM Financial, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company, ICICI Securities, SBI Capital Markets and PL Capital Markets are the book-running lead managers. KFin Technologies is the registrar to the issue.
What Is The JSW One Platforms IPO Structure?
The proposed IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares worth up to ₹1,300 crore and an OFS of up to ₹1,754.01 crore.
The OFS will be offered by JSW Steel, JSW Cement and Mitsui & Co.
How Will JSW One Platforms Use The Fresh Issue Proceeds?
The company plans to invest ₹125 crore in JSW One Distribution towards marketing and brand-building activities. Another ₹500 crore is earmarked for JSW One Finance to augment its capital base.
Up to ₹350 crore will be used for technology and platform development, with the remaining proceeds meant for general corporate purposes.
What Does JSW One Platforms Do?
JSW One Platforms operates an integrated digital platform connecting micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) with sellers of manufacturing and construction materials. Its offerings include commerce, embedded financing, logistics, processing and customisation, along with private brands.
As of 30 June 2026, the platform had 95,611 registered customers and 1,713 sellers, with 165 cumulative brands and coverage across 6,963 serviceable pin codes. Its network included 81 logistics partners, 12 contract service centres and nine contract manufacturers.
The company’s revenue from operations increased 44.93% to ₹5,743.39 crore in FY26 from ₹3,962.81 crore in FY25. Gross merchandise value (GMV) rose to ₹18,596.91 crore from ₹12,564.84 crore during the same period.
For the quarter ended 30 June 2026, revenue stood at ₹1,642.45 crore, while profit after tax was ₹14.21 crore. GMV for the quarter was ₹5,949.73 crore.
