September 2026 IPO Rush: Issues Set To Hit D-Street

India’s primary market is set for a busy September, with Rays Of Belief, Deepa Jewellers and Farm Peace among companies launching IPOs during the month.
India’s primary market is set for a busy start to September, with a number of companies preparing to launch their initial public offerings (IPOs). Several public issues are scheduled to open for subscription in September, adding to the flow of new listings on Dalal Street as the month begins.
Upcoming IPOs In September
Some of the prominent IPOs to hit D-Street in September are as follows:
Rays Of Belief
Rays of Belief, which operates under the Mom’s Belief brand, will open its IPO for subscription on 1 September. The issue will close on 3 September, while bidding for anchor investors will take place on 31 August.
The company has fixed a price band of ₹227-239 per share. Investors can bid for a minimum of 62 shares and in multiples of 62 shares thereafter. The Rays of Belief IPO will comprise a fresh issue of up to 52.30 lakh equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each. There is no offer-for-sale component in the issue.
At the lower end of the price band, the issue size will stand at ₹118.72 crore. At the upper end, it will reach ₹125 crore. Since the IPO does not include an offer-for-sale component, the entire amount raised through the issue will go to Rays of Belief.
The equity shares are proposed to be listed on the main boards of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).
Deepa Jewellers
Deepa Jewellers has fixed a price band of ₹168-177 per share for its upcoming ₹460-crore IPO. The issue too will open on 1 September and close on 3 September. Anchor investors will be able to bid on 31 August.
Deepa Jewellers IPO will include a fresh issue of equity shares worth up to ₹250 crore. It will also have an offer-for-sale component involving more than 1.18 crore equity shares.
Proceeds from the fresh issue will be used to meet the company’s long-term working capital needs, including inventory procurement, maintenance and expansion, as well as for general corporate purposes.
Farm Peace
The Farm Peace IPO opens on 1 September and closes on 3 September. The company’s equity shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE SME platform.
The IPO will comprise only a fresh issue of 54,24,000 equity shares, aggregating up to ₹32 crore. Farm Peace has fixed the IPO price at ₹59 per share under a fixed-price issue structure.
IPO Pipeline Looks Strong
The IPO pipeline for the second half of 2026 looks strong. Several companies are preparing to tap the primary market, which could keep the IPO calendar busy through the rest of the year.
