Integrum Energy Infrastructure Files IPO
Integrum Energy Infrastructure files IPO papers with SEBI to raise funds for renewable energy projects, working capital and debt repayment.

Integrum Energy Infrastructure has submitted preliminary papers with SEBI for an IPO comprising a fresh issue of 1.58 crore equity shares and an offer for sale of 82.42 lakh shares.

Integrum Energy Infrastructure Ltd has filed preliminary papers with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to raise funds through an initial public offering (IPO). The Bengaluru-based renewable energy solutions provider plans to use the proceeds to meet working capital requirements, expand its project portfolio and repay certain borrowings.

According to the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) filed on Thursday, the proposed IPO comprises a fresh issue of 1.58 crore equity shares and an offer for sale (OFS) of 82.42 lakh equity shares by promoters and existing shareholders. The total offer size will be 2.41 crore equity shares.

Here are the key details of the Integrum Energy Infrastructure IPO

The proceeds of the fresh issue will be utilised toward meeting the working capital requirements of the company and for investment in its subsidiary, Integrum Green Assets Pvt Ltd.

The subsidiary will use the funds for procuring wind turbine generators and associated equipment. Integrum Energy also plans to use part of the proceeds for repayment or prepayment of certain outstanding borrowings.

In addition, the company plans to make a strategic investment and acquire a controlling interest in Stactiv Energy Services Pvt Ltd.

Integrum Energy Infrastructure is an integrated renewable energy and energy-management platform focused on commercial and industrial customers across the renewable energy value chain.

The company has a portfolio of solar, wind and hybrid projects. As of August 31, 2026, the company had commissioned 263.19 MW of renewable energy capacity in these segments.

Its executable order book stood at 241 MW as of the same date. Hybrid and wind projects accounted for the bulk of the order book, while the remainder comprised solar projects.

The current IPO filing follows an earlier listing attempt by the company. In 2025, Integrum Energy Infrastructure had filed draft papers for a proposed listing on the BSE SME platform.

That proposed issue comprised a fresh issue of up to 49.50 lakh equity shares and an OFS of up to 5.40 lakh shares by promoters. However, the company did not proceed with those listing plans.
