Indo-MIM, the Bengaluru-based precision engineering components manufacturer, has fixed a price band of ₹461 to ₹485 per share for its initial public offering (IPO). The IPO opens for public subscription on 23 July and closes on 27 July, with anchor investor bidding on 22 July.
Share allotment is expected to be finalised on 28 July, with refunds and credit of shares on 29 July. The stock is scheduled to list on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on 30 July. At the upper end of the price band, the company's post-listing market capitalisation is expected to be approximately ₹23,981 crore.
Issue Structure
The ₹3,800 crore Indo-MIM IPO comprises a fresh issue of ₹500 crore and an offer for sale of up to ₹3,312 crore by existing shareholders. Under the offer for sale, Green Meadows Investments will divest 6.05 crore shares, Anuradha Koduri will offload 54.59 lakh shares and the Indian Institute of Technology Madras will sell 23.07 lakh shares.
The company had previously trimmed the IPO size. The fresh issue was reduced to ₹500 crore from the originally proposed ₹1,000 crore, and the offer for sale was scaled down from 12.96 crore shares.
The minimum lot size is 30 shares. Of the total issue, 50% is reserved for qualified institutional buyers, 15% for non-institutional investors and 35% for retail investors.
Use Of Proceeds
Around ₹400 crore from the fresh issue will be used to repay outstanding borrowings, with the remainder allocated for general corporate purposes. As of May 2026, Indo-MIM's consolidated total borrowings stood at ₹1,212.3 crore.
