Hy-Tech Engineers shares listed at a premium of over 41% on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). On the NSE, the stock was listed at ₹75 apiece, marking a 41.51% premium. The stock debuted at ₹72 apiece on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), a premium of 35.85%.
Hy-Tech Engineers IPO And Subscription Details
The ₹135.73-crore Hy-Tech Engineers initial public offering (IPO) opened for subscription on 24 August and closed on 27 August. It was subscribed 244.41 times overall.
The Hy-Tech Engineers IPO comprised a fresh issue of ₹60 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 1,42,89,450 equity shares. The price band was fixed at ₹50-53 per share. Investors placed bids for more than 443.49 crore shares against 1.84 crore shares on offer, according to NSE data.
The non-institutional investor (NII) portion was subscribed 402.29 times. On the other hand, the qualified institutional buyer (QIB) category was booked 255.77 times. The retail investor portion was subscribed 170.58 times.
