Horizon Industrial Parks Ltd’s shares made almost a flat entry into D-Street. The shares opened at ₹59.65 apiece on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), translating into a 0.58% discount to their issue price. On the National Stock Exchange (NSE), the shares listed at ₹60.25 apiece, marking a premium of 0.42% over the issue price.
Horizon Industrial Parks IPO And Subscription Details
Horizon Industrial Parks’ initial public offering (IPO) opened for public subscription on 17 August and closed on 19 August. Priced in the ₹57–₹60 range, the issue comprised an entirely fresh issue of 43.34 crore shares, aggregating to ₹2,600 crore. The company plans to utilise the net proceeds to repay certain borrowings and for general corporate purposes.
The IPO received a decent response from investors during its three-day subscription period, with the issue subscribed 1.45 times overall. The retail portion was subscribed 96%, while the non-institutional investors (NIIs) portion saw 98% subscription. Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) led the demand, with their portion subscribed 1.85 times.
